The Job:
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies for Building Automation Solutions, leveraging Delta's portfolio and selected third-party technologies to drive business growth across Southeast Asia.
- Lead customer engagement by understanding business requirements, developing tailored solution proposals, and managing the end-to-end bidding process including solution design, cost estimation, presentations, and commercial positioning.
- Collaborate closely with global Business Units and regional sales teams to align product roadmaps, identify market opportunities, and drive future solution development.
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with system integrators, channel partners, and technology providers to expand the Building Automation ecosystem.
- Drive strategic key account development by engaging customers throughout the solution lifecycle, from opportunity identification to project execution.
- Provide technical enablement and knowledge transfer to internal sales teams and external partners, ensuring successful solution positioning, deployment, and customer adoption.
- Support Proof of Concept (PoC), First-of-a-Kind (FOAK), and Second-of-a-Kind (SOAK) validation activities while working with product teams to enhance solution capabilities.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product strategy, lifecycle management, and the continuous evolution of Delta's Building Automation solutions.
The Talent:
- Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
- 10 years sales experience in building automation solution
