*Global Sales Director — own the number as we scale*
Aelum Consulting is a ServiceNow OEM partner growing fast across India, Germany, the US and KSA. We're hiring a Global Sales Director to own global revenue for services and ServiceNow license and to build the sales engine for our next phase of scale.
*What you'll own*
— The global number across all four territories: services bookings plus ServiceNow license influence.
— Territory, quota and comp design as we scale the sales organisation from 250 to 700.
— The executive ServiceNow relationship and our co-sell motion.
— The regional heads and sellers who run our GCC land-and-expand and new-logo motions.
You're right for this if
— You've personally carried and delivered a multi-geography services + license number, not influenced one from the sidelines.
— You've built and scaled a sales org through a step-change in headcount, not only run a steady one.
— You've led an OEM co-sell motion (ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce or similar) and moved a partnership forward.
— You know enterprise and BFSI selling and carry CxO relationships in our markets.
— You're based in India and ready for regular international travel.
This probably isn't the role if your background is sales enablement, sales operations, presales or alliances-only. This seat owns the number, not the support around it.
