Job Description

Role Overview

We're looking for ahands-on Sales Development Representative (SDR)who can take ownership fromlead generation through to deal closure. You will work directly with leadership to build pipeline, qualify opportunities, and drive conversion in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and engage potential clients in theIT / Software / BFSIdomains.
  • Runoutbound campaignsvia LinkedIn, email, and calls using structured cadences.
  • Manage inbound leads qualify, nurture, and move them to the next stage.
  • Conductdiscovery and qualification(BANT framework) before passing to sales leadership.
  • Partner with pre-sales and delivery teams to prepare proposals and follow up with prospects.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (Zoho) track pipeline, notes, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
  • Contribute to closures by maintaining strong engagement through the buying cycle.
  • Report weekly metrics meetings booked, opportunities created, deals progressed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 25 years inB2B IT / Software / SaaS / Consulting sales.
  • Proven success inoutbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and deal progression.
  • Strong written & verbal communication; fluent withC-level outreach.
  • Familiar with tools likeLinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Solid understanding ofenterprise sales cycles, IT services offerings, and customer personas.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working directly with founders / leadership.
