About the Role
We are looking for a driven and process-oriented SDR to join our GTM team. This role is ideal for someone with 12 years of experience in outbound sales development who understands the end-to-end process of booking meetings and is comfortable working in a systems-led, automation-first environment.
You will work closely with GTM strategists to execute outbound and account-based workflows, engage prospects across channels, and generate qualified meetings for B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales activities including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Book qualified meetings and appointments for sales teams
- Understand and follow end-to-end SDR workflows from prospecting to meeting handover
- Work within structured GTM systems and processes, not ad-hoc outreach
- Assist in maintaining and improving automation-driven workflows (CRM updates, sequences, tracking)
- Track outreach activity, responses, and outcomes accurately in CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and targeting
Required Experience & Skills
- 12 years of experience in an SDR / BDR / Inside Sales role
- Prior cold-calling experience is mandatoryClear
- understanding of the end-to-end outbound process (prospecting outreach follow-ups meeting booking)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Process-oriented mindset ability to think in workflows, steps, and systems
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and basic automations
- Self-motivated and disciplined to work in a remote setup
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services
- Exposure to tools like CRMs, dialers, email sequencing tools, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Interest in learning AI-driven and automation-led GTM systems
