Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & lead generation: Identify and connect with potential clients, including e-commerce sellers, D2C brands, and SMEs via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Sales pitch & demo: Explain the value proposition of Shiplee's logistics solutions, including AI-driven NDR (Non-Delivery Report) management, open-box delivery, and competitive rates.
- Closing & onboarding: Convert leads into paying customers by guiding them through account setup and initial, successful, firsthand usage of the platform.
- Drive volume: Actively work to increase shipment volumes from onboarded sellers.
- CRM & reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in the company's CRM/Excel.
- Relationship management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and shipping rates to provide feedback for product enhancement.
