Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in building and expanding our client base. This is an
individual contributor role where you will own the
end-to-end sales processfrom prospecting to closing deals.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and deliver value-driven solutions that align with client business goals. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact revenue growth and contribute to WeAddo's market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through research, outreach, and relationship building.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points, business needs, and marketing objectives to position WeAddo's MarTech solutions effectively.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Work closely with the business development team to craft and execute targeted sales strategies for key industries and verticals.
- Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and track a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and progression through the sales cycle.
- Client Engagement: Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and presentations with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Collaboration: Partner with product, technical, and delivery teams to tailor solutions that meet specific client requirements.
- Negotiation & Closure: Lead contract discussions, handle objections, and close deals that create long-term value for both clients and WeAddo.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B SaaS / Enterprise sales with proven revenue targets.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of MarTech, SaaS ecosystems, and enterprise-level business challenges.
- Sales Skills: Proficiency in consultative selling, solution-based discussions, and stakeholder management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior executives.
- Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills to map client needs to effective solutions.
- Target Orientation: Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapts strategies to evolving market conditions.
