About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to accelerate our sales pipeline for IT hardware and software solutions. The SDR will be responsible for identifying potential clients, engaging decision-makers, qualifying leads, and scheduling sales meetings for the business development team.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect, identify, and generate new B2B leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, social selling (LinkedIn), and industry databases.
- Understand customer needs and recommend relevant IT hardware & software solutions.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using a structured sales qualification framework (BANT / MEDDIC / SPIN).
- Schedule product demos, sales meetings, and follow-up calls for the business development team.
- Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, track communication history, and update lead data regularly.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for outreach, qualified meetings, and lead conversions.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new verticals and potential business opportunities.
- Support marketing campaigns and participate in lead-nurturing initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
- 14 years of experience in inside sales / SDR / lead generation (preferably in IT hardware or software).
- Strong understanding of computers, networking products, SaaS, cloud, security tools, servers, laptops, and IT peripherals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Persistent, self-driven, target-oriented with the ability to handle rejections professionally.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Preferred (Good to Have)- Experience selling solutions such as Microsoft / Google / AWS / Adobe / ERP / Network Security.
- Experience in IT System Integration / Managed IT Services environment.
- Certifications / knowledge in networking, cloud, IT security, or product sales.
