Job Title: Full Cycle Sales Development Representative

Verdantis is an Industrial Software company with AI-Native products for Master Data Management and Enterprise Asset Management.

Our current Suite of solutions include:

Verdantis MDM Suite: a Multi-Domain Master Data Solution specifically for production-heavy enterprises, with specialization in master data domains specific to Production Operations Materials, Assets, Supplier, Services and Customer.

MRO360: A Spare Parts Management platform with built-in solutions for Criticality Assessments, Demand Forecasting, Maintenance Inventory Management, Identifying Obsolete Spares and real-time tracking of spare parts.

We are looking for a full cycle Sales Development Representative, to scale our outbound motion and GTM operations to book meetings with our ICP and demo our Software Solutions by aligning our product features with evolving market requirements.

The Idea Candidate;

  1. Has 1-2 Years of Experience in Revenue Operations or a Sales Role and is comfortable with using a range of GTM tools to touchbase, quality, build relationships and demo our solutions to our prospects and clients

  1. Is Hungry to grow in an Enterprise SaaS environment with a Keen interest to undertake several GTM experiments at a pre-sales, solutioning and sales level

  1. Is comfortable using and experimenting Novel AI tools and leverage our Marketing-Tech capabilities to build Micro-SaaS solutions to fuel our GTM motion

  1. Is obsessed with North-Star metrics, including deal-size, lifetime value and quarterly opportunity and revenue goals while also systematically analysing and improving upon metrics like reply rate, connection rates, Call to Meeting rate
