Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to support Qure.ai's Life Sciences Business Development team in building a scalable demand generation engine across global Pharma and MedTech companies.
The person will be responsible for identifying and qualifying high-value enterprise accounts across key markets including the United States, Europe, and international markets. This role will involve researching target companies, mapping key stakeholders, conducting outbound outreach campaigns, and scheduling strategic meetings with decision-makers in Pharma, MedTech, and healthcare organizations.
The SDR will work closely with the partnerships team to build a robust pipeline that supports Qure.ai's commercial goals and contributes to scaling strategic collaborations across oncology, cardiology, and respiratory disease areas.
This role requires strong curiosity, structured thinking, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders across global healthcare organizations. Along with this, the person is expected to utilize AI wherever possible in day-to-day sales operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct structured account research and segmentation to identify high value Pharma, MedTech, and healthcare organizations aligned with Qure.ai's solutions.
Identify and map key decision-makers such as commercial leaders, innovation teams, medical affairs, and digital health leaders within target accounts.
Execute outbound demand generation campaigns via email, LinkedIn, industry databases, and conference outreach.
Schedule strategic meetings and discovery calls between Qure.ai's partnerships team and target stakeholders.
Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of accounts and leads within CRM tools.
Support conference-led lead generation efforts by identifying relevant stakeholders attending major industry events (e.g., ASCO, ATS, ESMO).
Maintain structured records of outreach efforts, engagement signals, and pipeline progress.
Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to refine messaging, targeting strategies, and account prioritization.
Track outreach performance metrics such as meeting conversion rates, response rates, and qualified pipeline generation.
Automate processes using AI tools, AI agents etc. Incorporation of AI in daily workflows.
Skills & Expertise
Experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or GTM roles in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise software.
Strong research skills with the ability to analyze companies, stakeholders, and market segments.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), outbound prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo), and AI tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Ability to build structured outreach campaigns and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Strong interest in healthcare innovation, digital health, or life sciences partnerships.
Self-driven mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.
