Location: Must be based in/willing to relocate to either Gurgaon or Bangalore as per employee's preference

About the role

We're looking for a rockstar SDR who wants to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, work closely with cross-functional teams, and generate business leads for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified business leads through direct prospecting and outreach
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn messages
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate product modules
  • Build rapport & long-term relationships with prospects
  • Document all relevant information on relevant CRM tools, maintain & nurture list of potential leads to follow-up with in the future
  • Stay updated on ICP, competitors, consumer behavior, market trends, lead acquisition methods, etc
  • Keep track of metrics & optimize for better conversion rate

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience as an Enterprise BDR/SDR or Account Executive in B2B SaaS companies is mandatory. (Relevant experience with target ICP of CX level leaders of Revenue departments, or relevant experience in Salestech, Lead Generation, IT Services & Consulting companies is a plus)
  • Hands on experience using Sales tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM like HubSpot, etc
  • Track record of meeting assigned sales quota
  • Hands-on experience using multiple outbound sales techniques
  • Excellent communication, rapport building, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor/s degree is required
  • Proven track record of effective problem solving, and working in a highly collaborative role with cross-functional teams
  • Customer-centric mindset & attention to detail
