Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Bangalore

Timings: US Shift

The Role

  • Utilize leads, cold calling, email, and other channels to set qualified meetings and generate new sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Perform initial needs assessment and identify prospects pain points to determine how Joveo's solutions could address those needs
  • Build and cultivate long-term trusting relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-ups to move new business opportunities into the sales funnel
  • Develop industry/product knowledge and acumen to position value proposition to multiple vertical segments

What We Are Looking For

  • An individual with a passion for sales
  • Bachelor's degree or at least 1 year of relevant work (sales or SDR) experience
  • A history of exceeding qualified meeting targets
  • Exceptional communication skills via phone and email. Neutral (international) accent.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales and marketing organization
  • The ability to analyze the customer needs and map them to software solution which addresses the needs is going to be extremely desirable
  • Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
  • Somebody whom customers will not hesitate to call when they are in problem or because they love to talk to you
