What You'll Do

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a critical role in generating high-quality pipeline for our Account Executives. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the founding team and be a part of our core go-to-market (GTM) engine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and reach out to potential customers in the US SaaS markets

  • Qualify inbound leads and execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls

  • Must have experience in cold calling US-based prospects

  • Set up discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives

  • Maintain and update CRM records, tracking engagement and outcomes

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies and messaging

  • Follow structured sales cadences and optimize conversion at the top of the funnel
  • Stay updated on product features, customer pain points, and competitive landscape.

What We're Looking For

  • 12 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales or SDR role

  • Proven experience in cold calling US-based leads is a must

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling objections

  • Curious, coachable, and outcome-oriented

  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc., is a plus

  • Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with US time zones
