Pype is an AI-powered Voice platform built for hospital and clinic operations. We automate patient communication workflows from appointment reminders and inbound booking to post-discharge follow-ups and outbound campaigns - so healthcare teams can focus on what actually needs a human.
We work closely with leading oncologists and healthcare institutions across India, and are now aggressively expanding into the US market targeting Dental, Dermatology, and Ophthalmology practices.
About The Role
We're looking for a high-energy, self-motivated SDR to help us build our US outbound sales motion from the ground up. You'll be the first point of contact for US clinics and practice groups - identifying the right prospects, starting conversations, and booking qualified demos for our founders and AEs.
This is a high-ownership role. You won't be handed a playbook - you'll help build it.
What You'll Do
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to US-based dental, dermatology, and ophthalmology practices
- Identify and research target accounts and the right decision-makers (Practice Owners, Office Managers, Patient Coordinators, IT Heads)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into booked demo calls
- Manage and update all activities in the CRM (HubSpot) with accurate notes and pipeline status
- Work closely with founders to refine messaging, objection handling, and outreach sequences based on real prospect feedback
- Meet and exceed weekly KPIs - dials, connects, and demos booked.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role
- Exceptional spoken and written English - you will be speaking with US-based clinic owners and administrators daily, and communication quality is non-negotiable
- Comfortable making 50–60 cold calls a day and handling rejections with resilience
- Familiarity with outbound tools - dialers (JustCall / Aircall), email sequencing (Apollo / Instantly), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRMs (HubSpot)
- Strong attention to detail - accurate CRM hygiene, follow-up discipline, and structured daily reporting
- Self-starter mindset - ability to work independently during US business hours (EST / PST) from India
Nice to Have
- Prior experience selling into the US healthcare market - especially dental, dermatology, or ophthalmology practices
- Understanding of US clinic operations, DSOs, or practice management workflows
- Experience working a full multi-channel outbound sequence (call + email + LinkedIn)
