About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Bangalore who wants to grow fast, take full ownership of their impact, and be part of a sales team that rewards performance, with a real opportunity to shape their career in tech sales.
This is an opportunity for driven individuals ready to initiate high-performing outbound motions across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn - building lasting client relationships and consistently unlocking new business opportunities.
As SDR at Tumodo, you'll join a high-performing outbound team and serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, with a clear focus on building pipeline and driving growth.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients
- Prospect, qualify, and nurture new business leads
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to support the entire sales cycle
- Ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to closing deals
- Identify and target potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels/outbound motions
- Assess incoming leads, determine fit, and qualify leads for the next steps
- Re-engage inactive leads to rekindle interest and move them through the sales funnel
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions and sales activities
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, qualified opportunities, and revenue contribution
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of work experience in lead generation or a similar role, preferably in SaaS or travel industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and compellingly
- Comfortable making cold calls, building relationships, and engaging with clients
- Proficient in using CRM software, LinkedIn, and other sales tools to manage and track leads (e.g. Gong, Apollo, Hunter, Expandi, Snov.io, LinkedIn, Hubspot, etc)
- Ability to quickly understand new products, services, and market dynamics
- Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work closely with Sales Managers and other team members
- Driven by achieving targets, energetic, ambitious and growth-oriented
- Coachable and upholds a culture centered on continuous improvement
- Ownership-first mindset. You take initiative, move with extreme urgency, and figure things out
