Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and contributing to revenue growth through effective prospecting and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential customers through outbound and inbound channels
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Understand customer needs and position SaaS solutions effectively
- Schedule and coordinate product demos and sales meetings with prospects
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve conversion rates
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and product updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Proven ability to handle outbound sales activities and lead generation
- Understanding of SaaS sales cycles and subscription-based models
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
