Role Description

We are looking for a high-energy Cold Calling SDR to generate qualified meetings for our sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers across the US and EU, educating them about Adnova, and booking demos with qualified prospects.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, and excited about working in a fast-growing SaaS company serving performance marketers and creative strategists.

Requirements

  • 13 years experience in cold calling, or SDR roles (SaaS preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication and English fluency.
  • Comfortable working US & EU shifts.
  • Strong objection-handling and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work with CRMs (HubSpot experience is a plus).
  • High resilience, persistence, and willingness to hit daily activity targets.
