About the Role:
We are looking for a result-driven SaaS Sales Professional to join our team at Sourcebae. Theideal candidate will have prior experience in SaaS or B2B sales, with a proven ability to generateleads, build relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Understand client requirements and pitch Sourcebae's AI Recruiter effectively.
- Conduct product demos and drive leads through the sales funnel.
- Manage and update CRM with accurate client and lead data.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for smooth lead nurturing and conversions.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in SaaS / IT / B2B sales (staffing/HR tech sales experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to handle objections and build long-term client relationships.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
