Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales/business development to accelerate our growth. The ideal candidate should have strong outbound prospecting experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate qualified sales opportunities for the closure team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
  • Identify and engage decision-makers across HR, Operations, Sales, and Business leadership teams
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business fit, requirements, and buying intent
  • Schedule qualified product demos and meetings for the Account Executive / Sales team
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and map UNOLO's solutions effectively
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach campaigns and lead conversion
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress in CRM
  • Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets for meetings booked, SQLs, and pipeline generation
  • Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and customer objections to improve sales strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Management, or equivalent
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, SDR, inside sales, or business development
  • Proven experience in outbound lead generation and cold calling
  • Strong understanding of SaaS/software solution selling
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar
  • Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management skills
  • Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and execution-focused
  • Experience in HR Tech / Field Force Automation / SaaS products
