Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Revspot

The Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
This role sits at the center of Revspot's revenue motion.
You will work with mid-market and enterprise customers to understand their sales funnel, qualification challenges, and growth goals — and help structure pilots and long-term engagements around Revspot's platform.
This is a consultative sales role, not transactional selling.

What You'll Be Doing
Pipeline & Outreach
• Own outbound prospecting and meeting booking for Revspot
• Engage with founders, CXOs, growth heads, and revenue leaders
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads before demos
Discovery & Demos
• Run structured discovery calls to understand customer funnels
• Conduct demos and solution walkthroughs
• Translate customer problems into clear pilot use cases
Pilot & Deal Ownership
• Help scope pilots and initial deployments
• Coordinate closely with product, ops, and AI teams during pilots
• Manage follow-ups, feedback loops, and expansions
• Gradually take ownership of closing as you move into the AE role

As an SDR, your focus will be:
• Prospecting
• Booking qualified meetings
• Building strong product and industry understanding
As you ramp up, you will:
• Start running demos independently
• Own pilot discussions and deal progression
• Transition into a full Account Executive role with end-to-end ownership

You're a Strong Fit If You
• Have 2–6 years of sales experience
• Have worked in B2B SaaS, MarTech, SalesTech, or high-ticket B2C
• Are comfortable with consultative, solution-led selling
• Can explain complex products clearly and confidently
• Think in terms of funnels, not just leads
• Prefer owning outcomes over following scripts
