*Job Summary*

We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify leads for our Software Development and IT Services offerings in international markets. The SDR will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and setting up qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Are to

  • Identify, research, and prospect potential clients in international markets
  • Execute outbound activities via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP and BANT criteria
  • Schedule qualified meetings/demos for Account Executives
  • Understand customer pain points related to software development, digital transformation, cloud, and IT services
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and activity data
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach campaigns
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings
  • Required Skills Qualifications
  • 36 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in IT services or software development
  • Strong understanding of software development services (custom development, SaaS, cloud, AI, etc.)
  • req. sales of Service based model/Custom based software development
  • Experience selling to international markets (US/UK/AUS/GCC preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with end to end software development project
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email automation tools
  • Ability to work in international time zones
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in IT services, software outsourcing, or digital transformation sales
  • Exposure to enterprise or mid-market clients
  • Knowledge of outbound sales frameworks and cadences
