We are expanding our sales team and looking for ahigh-energy Sales Executivewho wants to grow fast and work directly with the founders.
Role Overview
As ourSales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for:
- Generating leads
- Reaching out to founders/brand owners
- Qualifying prospects
- Booking meetings for founders
- Supporting the high-ticket sales process
You don't need prior experience just strong communication skills and hunger to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Find and connect with FMCG, wellness & ecommerce brands
- Send outbound messages (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email)
- Maintain high-volume outreach daily
Qualification & Meeting Booking- Understand client pain-points
- Qualify leads (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
- Book 1015 meetings per week
- Maintain CRM hygiene
Sales Support- Join meetings with founders
- Prepare meeting briefs
- Assist with proposals & follow-ups
- Nurture leads until closing
Reporting- Daily activity reporting
- Weekly pipeline review
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Confidence in talking to founders and decision makers
- Basic understanding of digital marketing / ecommerce (we train you)
- High energy, persistence & target-oriented mindset
- Ability to learn fast and use CRM tools

Salary + IncentivesStarting Salary:18,000 25,000 based on experience
