Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our outbound sales efforts as part of the marketing team. This role involves identifying potential leads, executing cold outreach campaigns, and starting high-quality conversations with the right prospects. You will work closely with marketing and leadership to align messaging, target ideal customer profiles and move leads into the sales funnel.
This is a highly collaborative role that sits at the intersection of sales and marketing, with opportunities to directly influence pipeline growth and campaign strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify and qualify target accounts and decision-makers
Create and manage outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone
Personalize communication to engage prospects and start meaningful conversations
Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and content strategy
Maintain accurate records and activity logs in the CRM
Follow up with leads and manage them through the early stages of the sales cycle
Provide regular feedback on outreach performance and market insights
What We are Looking For
12 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation or inside sales role (preferably B2B)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with outbound communication and cold outreach
Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools like Instantly, Apollo, HeyReach, LinkedIn, Million verifier or similar
Proactive, organized, result-oriented and motivated by building relationships and creating value
