The Role

We're hiring a driven, sharp, high-ownership SDR who can turn cold strangers into warm conversations, fast. Your north star: Book qualified demos Start free trials Push revenue. This role is built for someone who loves cold calls. Cold emails, WhatsApp nudges, and LinkedIn outreach matter, but your primary engine will be high-quality cold calling every single day. You'll work directly with the founders and open doors with CXOs, founders, and marketing heads across the D2C/eCommerce universe.

7.0 LPA - 9.0 LPA yearly

Variable

Performance Variable: 3 LPA, ESOPs: 5 LPA

Your Day-to-Day
  • Drive top-of-funnel pipeline through high-volume cold calling, supported by cold emails, WhatsApp nudges, LinkedIn outreach, and multi-channel outbound campaigns.
  • Research brands and founders, personalise outreach, handle objections, convert not interested into demos, and maintain strict CRM hygiene to keep the pipeline predictable.
  • Run (and eventually own) product demos, activate free trials, and work closely with the team to push deals toward subscription closure.
  • Execute pre-event and post-event outreach, book high-intent meetings, and drive pipeline around major eCommerce and D2C industry events.

  • Fluent in English + strong articulation + confidence
  • Target-driven with daily sales hygiene discipline
  • Comfortable facing rejection 9 times to win the 10th
  • High-agency operator with ownership mindset
  • Hungry to grow into AE or Founder's Office roles
  • Bonus: Shopify, D2C, SaaS tools, or cold calling experience
