As the first point of contact, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining strong lead-response SLAs, and converting interest into qualified opportunities. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams, maintain accurate CRM records, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
