Role Overview
We're looking for a high-energy SDR who can own the top of the funnel from identifying prospects to generating qualified opportunities. This role is not just about volume outreach; it's about smart prospecting, personalized engagement, and understanding customer problems deeply.
You'll work closely with the founders and sales team to build a predictable pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research target companies (startups, SMBs, HR leaders, founders)
- Execute outbound strategies via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling
- Generate and qualify leads based on ICP fit and buying intent
- Book high-quality meetings for the sales/founder team
- Personalize outreach messaging based on industry, hiring challenges, and company stage
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track all activities and conversations
- Collaborate with marketing to improve messaging and campaigns
- Continuously refine outreach based on response data and feedback
What We're Looking For
- 02 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles
- Should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or a related field
- Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
- High ownership and consistency in execution
- Ability to handle rejection and iterate quickly
- Curious to understand products, customers, and industries
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and cold email tools
Good to have
- Experience selling SaaS / HRTech / AI products would be an added advantage
- Basic understanding of recruitment or hiring challenges
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
