Role Overview

We're looking for a high-energy SDR who can own the top of the funnel from identifying prospects to generating qualified opportunities. This role is not just about volume outreach; it's about smart prospecting, personalized engagement, and understanding customer problems deeply.

You'll work closely with the founders and sales team to build a predictable pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research target companies (startups, SMBs, HR leaders, founders)
  • Execute outbound strategies via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling
  • Generate and qualify leads based on ICP fit and buying intent
  • Book high-quality meetings for the sales/founder team
  • Personalize outreach messaging based on industry, hiring challenges, and company stage
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track all activities and conversations
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve messaging and campaigns
  • Continuously refine outreach based on response data and feedback

What We're Looking For

  • 02 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles
  • Should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or a related field
  • Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
  • High ownership and consistency in execution
  • Ability to handle rejection and iterate quickly
  • Curious to understand products, customers, and industries
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and cold email tools

Good to have

  • Experience selling SaaS / HRTech / AI products would be an added advantage
  • Basic understanding of recruitment or hiring challenges
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
