Position Overview

This is a founding SDR seat on a brand-new pod of 4–5 reps, reporting directly to the Senior SDR Manager. You will own a defined book of dental practices, run high-volume multi-channel outbound, and book qualified demos for Account Executives—directly fueling the company's growth pipeline. The role operates on U.S. business hours from Gurugram and offers a clear path to Senior SDR or AE as the team scales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Run 60–80 daily dials plus 40–50 emails and 10–15 social touches (Facebook/LinkedIn) targeting decision-makers at dental practices
  • Qualify prospects against the company's ICP and book 12–15 demos per month on AE calendars, targeting 8–10 held demos monthly
  • Own a defined segment or practice-management platform book; coordinate with teammates to prevent double-touching prospects
  • Log every call and outreach touchpoint in HubSpot the same day — 100% same-day CRM hygiene is non-negotiable
  • Hand off qualified demos to AEs with full context — practice profile, pain points, and qualification notes — to maximize close rates
  • Join the daily standup and protect structured power-calling blocks throughout the U.S. shift
  • Iterate on outbound messaging and sequencing based on coaching feedback and connect-rate data

Must Have Criteria

  • 2+ years of B2B cold-calling or SaaS SDR experience with demonstrated high-volume outbound (phone-first)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding demo-booking or pipeline-generation quotas
  • Hands-on CRM discipline — consistent same-day logging with zero gaps in activity records
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours (EST/CST/PST) from Gurugram full-time
  • Articulate phone presence with the resilience to sustain 60–80 dials per day without drop-off in quality
  • Coachable — documented history of applying feedback quickly and improving metrics within a ramp period

Nice to Have

  • Prior exposure to dental, healthcare, or practice-management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental)
  • HubSpot experience — sequences, task queues, and activity logging
  • Multi-channel outbound experience including LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Facebook outreach
  • Experience in a founding or early-stage SDR team where playbooks were still being built
