About Pratra: We deliver innovative software products to the travel industry, with global teams in India, the US, and the UK. Our fast-paced environment offers ample opportunities for growth and impact.Responsibilities:· Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn).· Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and challenges.· Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.· Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.· Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.· Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.Skills & Qualifications:· 3+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in tech/SaaS).· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.· High level of motivation and a proactive attitude.· Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.· Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment.What We Offer:· Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.· Career development and training opportunities.· Collaborative and dynamic work culture.· Exposure to global markets in the travel tech space.
