Sales Development Representative

BoxUp Luxury Gifting is looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound B2B sales and build strong corporate relationships.

This is a high-impact revenue role focused on prospecting, closing high-value gifting deals, and owning the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

The ideal candidate understands premium/luxury positioning and thrives in structured, target-driven outbound sales environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Drive outbound B2B sales through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals
  • Identify and engage decision-makers including HR Heads, Admin Heads, CXOs, Founders, and Procurement teams
  • Pitch customized luxury gifting solutions tailored to client needs
  • Own and manage the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to deal closure
  • Close high-value and bulk corporate gifting orders
  • Account & Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture long-term corporate relationships
  • Manage repeat orders, festive gifting campaigns, onboarding kits, and special projects
  • Coordinate internally with production, customization, pricing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Process & Collaboration
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
  • Track sales metrics and ensure structured follow-ups
  • Provide regular market insights and customer feedback to leadership

Who We're Looking For

  • 37 years of outbound B2B sales experience
  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience
  • Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation
  • Strong experience closing large/big-ticket orders
  • Experience selling to corporates and senior decision-makers
  • Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi; regional language is a plus)
  • Comfortable working with targets and structured sales processes
