Job Description

We're looking for an experienced SDR to own inbound lead conversion and high-volume

outbound prospecting, driving predictable pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing and product channels
  • Execute outbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Run discovery calls and book high-quality demos
  • Collaborate with Marketing and AEs
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting
  • Minimum 100 outbound calls per day
  • Target of 50 connects per day

Qualifications

  • 35 years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven inbound + outbound success
  • Strong discovery and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable working from Hyderabad office
