B. About Your Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales & Client Relations team. In this role, you will lead outbound prospecting and early-stage client engagement, helping to drive qualified opportunities and sales pipeline growth.

The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, strategic, and highly organizedsomeone who takes ownership of outreach efforts, embraces challenges, and consistently delivers high-quality qualified leads to the sales team.

C. Key Responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry databases to generate new opportunities.

Execute structured outreach campaigns to initiate conversations with decision-makers and key stakeholders.

Qualify leads through discovery conversations to assess client needs and alignment with the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Supervise and support the team in prospect research, lead generation, and follow-up activities to ensure consistent pipeline development.

Provide guidance and coordination to the team by reviewing outreach efforts, setting prospecting priorities, and ensuring timely follow-ups with potential clients.

Manage and maintain accurate prospect data and activity tracking within the CRM system.

Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and senior sales leaders to support deal progression.

Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move leads through the pipeline.

Analyze outreach performance metrics to optimize messaging, targeting, and engagement strategies.

Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to refine prospecting strategies and improve lead generation outcomes.

D. Required Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, inside sales, or business development roles.

Essential technical skills

  • Strong outbound prospecting and lead qualification experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain structured follow-ups
  • Data-driven mindset with strong pipeline management skills

Preferredbut not mandatory

  • Experience selling to North American or international markets
  • Familiarity with sales automation and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Sales Navigator)
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, financial advisory, or B2B services industries.
