Position: Sales Development Representative — US Market

Shift: 8:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m. IST, Mon-Sat
Salary: ₹25,000 per month + performance bonuses 3x the salary (Apply only if you fit in this criteria)
Notice Period: Immediate joiner
Role Overview: We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to contact potential customers in the US and schedule qualified meetings. Freshers may apply - complete training, AI tools, calling software, scripts, and ongoing support will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Send cold emails and follow up with prospects.
- Make outbound calls from 8:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m.
- Schedule qualified sales meetings.
- Maintain accurate call notes and update the lead database/CRM.
- Prepare prospect lists and outreach campaigns before calling hours.
Requirements
- Clear, confident spoken and written English suitable for US business conversations.
- Professional phone presence and a measured speaking pace.
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection.
- Organized, dependable, and willing to learn.
- Prior sales experience is helpful but not required.
Performance bonuses and targets will be defined in the employment agreement.
