- Achieve the weekly target of 5-10 qualified meetings to unlock attractive perks

- Performance-Driven Journey:Begin as intern at 15k (Months 1-3) prove results for hikes from Month 4 and early full-time. Rise to Team Lead in 2 years (10-18 LPA total, leading your team).
- Months 1-3: Ramp-up + perks (15k)
- Month 4+: Stipend review based on performance
- Month 6+: Full-time (30k+ base 4 LPA) + commissions
