Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Reach out to potential students through cold calls, emails, and WhatsApp
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on interest and eligibility
  • Clearly explain course offerings, career outcomes, and benefits to prospect
  • counseling calls for the closing (sales) team
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and daily activities in MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Follow up consistently with interested candidates to move them through the sales funnel
  • Handle initial objections and build strong interest among prospects
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, follow-ups, and qualified leads
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends in EdTech
