Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurugram and focuses on driving business growth. As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify and generate new leads, build relationships with prospective clients, and contribute to the sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to drive customer acquisition. A significant part of your role involves effective communication with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development
  • Strong interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Experience working in Sales and building customer relationships
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple prospects and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in legal technology or SaaS sales is a plus
