Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with strong B2B cold-calling experience. In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting high-volume outbound calls, drafting effective cold emails, and building meaningful relationships that lead to sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling: Make 150200 outbound calls daily to potential clients to generate appointments.
Cold Emailing: Create and execute email sequences after understanding each client's value proposition.
Sales Pitching: Clearly present product information, features, and benefits to prospects.
Relationship Building: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Follow-Up: Track and manage leads in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies and hit sales targets.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years in lead generation, cold calling, or inside sales.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
SalesSkills: Strong persuasion, objection handling, and negotiation abilities.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales.
Familiarity with modern sales techniques and outreach strategies.
