For our client, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic sales team.

Your Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.
- Generate and manage a pipeline of high-quality leads.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and pain points.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead activity in CRM systems
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline targets
- Stay up to date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience as an SDR, inside sales representative or similar, with a track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident phone presence and ability to handle objections professionally
- Goal-oriented with a competitive and resilient mindset
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS and B2C Saas or technology industries.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
- Knowledge of dataenrichment tools and sales intelligence platforms.
