Job Description

For our client, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic sales team.

Location: Remote

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Generate and manage a pipeline of high-quality leads.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and pain points.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead activity in CRM systems
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline targets
  • Stay up to date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience as an SDR, inside sales representative or similar, with a track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident phone presence and ability to handle objections professionally
  • Goal-oriented with a competitive and resilient mindset
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS and B2C Saas or technology industries.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
  • Knowledge of dataenrichment tools and sales intelligence platforms.
