Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) IT Services

Location: Pune

Experience Level: 4-6 years

Job Overview: We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our IT services sales team by generating, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities. The SDR will be responsible for outbound and inbound prospecting and for building a healthy sales pipeline for account executives and sales managers.

Experience in Telecom, Utilities and Enterprises application development is added values. Preferred for experience in US, Europe and Middle East experienced resources

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers for IT services such as application development, cloud migration, data analytics, AI solutions, and digital transformation.

Outbound Prospecting: Execute outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to connect with decision makers and influencers.

Inbound Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, events, and partnerships.

Opportunity Qualification: Understand client pain points, technology needs, budgets, and timelines before passing qualified opportunities to the sales team.

Meeting Scheduling: Set up discovery calls, introductory meetings, and demos for sales managers and account executives.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM systems. Ensure timely follow ups and clean pipeline tracking.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and presales teams to align messaging, target accounts, and outreach strategies.

Service Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of IT services offerings including software development, cloud, data, AI, and managed services.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs related to meetings booked, qualified leads, and pipeline contribution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

4+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or inside sales professional in IT services or technology companies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.

Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools is preferred.

Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and target driven mindset.
