  • 2 Years of Experience in an inbound/outbound call center operation Or 2 Years of Experience in IT Services and Products Sales Calling Experience is a must.
  • it can be either inbound or out bound Exceptional communication skills.
  • Customer-centric attitude Empathize and sympathize during the entire customer journey
  • Geography dealt: North America and the UK Willing to work 9 hours between 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM.
  • Exposure to any of the following CRM tools HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or FreshSales.
  • Quick Learner.
  • Computer Savvy.
  • Problem Solver.
  • Extreme eyes for details.
  • Maximum 3 years experienced can apply.
  • Work Location – Chennai
