As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the North American market, you will be part of Trilio's core team, playing a key role in driving outbound sales by identifying, prospecting, and generating qualified leads for our sales team. You will engage with enterprise-level decision-makers and help build the foundation for our sales growth.
Outbound Prospecting
The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
- Identify and engage prospects through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate conversations and qualify leads.
- Lead initial outreach using cold calling, email sequences, social selling, and multi-touch engagement.
- Build multiple contact points within each prospect account (Account-Based Sales and Marketing approach).
Lead Qualification
- Understand customer pain points, needs, and decision-making processes to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Market Research
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics in the North American region.
CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in HubSpot.
- Collaborate with Executives, Marketing, and Sales to ensure smooth lead handover and improved conversion rates.
- Track and report performance against KPIs to the Head of GTM.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as an SDR in the North American market for a SaaS-based B2B company.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior executives in enterprise organizations.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, or similar.
- Strong research skills and the ability to understand customer challenges and needs.
