Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with inbound and outbound leads via emails, calls and messages
- Qualify leads based on basic criteria and route them to the sales team
- Assist in scheduling product demos and meetings for senior sales representatives
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and interaction data
- Support the sales team in managing the pipeline and tracking progress
- Coordinate with marketing and sales to ensure smooth lead handover and communication
- Ensure timely responses to prospect queries and maintain engagement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with good attention to detail
- Comfortable with repetitive follow-ups and process-driven tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Interest in AI, SaaS, sales processes, or customer engagement
- Team player with strong collaboration skills across functions
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a sales or GTM role
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
