Role Summary
As an SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting, outreach, and appointment setting. Your goal is to generate qualified leads and schedule discovery calls with decision makers (Founders, CMOs, Marketing Heads) for our digital marketing services.
This is not a closing roleyour core KPI is qualified meetings booked and pipeline created.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify target businesses (SMEs, D2C, Real Estate, Education, Healthcare, etc.) using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Clutch, Google, Instagram, and databases
- Build and maintain a daily prospecting list
Outreach & Follow-ups
- Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and cold calling
- Write short personalized messages to start conversations
- Follow up consistently and move prospects to a booked meeting
Qualification & Meeting Booking
- Qualify inbound/outbound leads (budget, need, authority, timeline)
- Book discovery calls with the founder/sales lead
- Maintain pipeline hygiene in CRM (HubSpot/Zoho/Sheets)
Reporting & Coordination
- Daily reporting on outreach volume, replies, meetings booked, and quality
- Coordinate with marketing/team for content or case studies needed in outreach
KPIs (What Success Looks Like)
- Daily: 50100 outreach touches (messages/emails/calls)
- Weekly: 815 qualified meetings booked (depending on segment)
- Reply rate improvement + lead list quality
- Accurate CRM updates and follow-up discipline
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong spoken + written English/Hinglish communication
- Comfortable with cold outreach & follow-ups
- Confident on calls and objection handling
- Ability to research and personalize messages quickly
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach/CRM is a bonus (not mandatory)
