Key Responsibilities
Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
Identify and research target prospects (funded startups, product companies, SMEs) aligned with Idea Fueled's ICP.
Craft personalized outreach messages that speak directly to the prospect's business agenda and how Idea Fueled can support their goals.
Schedule qualified discovery calls and hand off to the sales team with detailed notes.
Track outreach activity, response rates, and meeting conversions in CRM and reporting tools.
Use AI tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, ChatGPT, Instantly) to scale and personalize outreach efficiently.
Maintain a regular reporting cadence on outreach performance, pipeline health, and messaging effectiveness.
Required Skills & Competencies
Minimum 4 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation roles.
Exceptional written English ability to craft compelling cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and call scripts.
Strong verbal communication skills for cold calls and initial discovery conversations.
Proficiency in AI-powered outreach and productivity tools (Clay, Apollo, ChatGPT, Instantly, etc.).
Strong reporting skills ability to build and maintain dashboards and share weekly/monthly updates.
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Prior experience in IT services, digital agencies, or SaaS outbound is preferred.
