Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in Faridabad. The Sales Development Representative will focus on generating qualified leads, engaging with potential customers, and building relationships to drive business growth. Responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, following up on leads, understanding client needs, and presenting Hobfit's offerings effectively. The role also involves collaboration with the business development team to identify potential market opportunities and contribute to strategies that enhance sales performance.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience or aptitude in Business Development
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus
  • Passion for health and fitness or experience in the wellness industry is advantageous
