About the Role
We are looking for a highly energetic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive adoption of our CRM, Voice AI, and AI Agent solutions across Education and BFSI clients.
This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure in B2B SaaS sales, client interactions, and AI-based technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients in Education & BFSI sectors
Conduct field visits, meetings, and product demonstrations
Pitch CRM, Voice AI, and AI Agent solutions to decision-makers
Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline
Understand client business needs and position solutions accordingly
Coordinate with product and support teams for demos and onboarding
Maintain activity reports and update sales progress regularly
Achieve monthly sales and outreach targets
Eligibility & Skills
Preferred: MBA (Marketing) Freshers welcome
Other graduate profiles with strong sales interest can also apply
Good communication and presentation skills
Confidence in meeting clients face-to-face
Willingness to travel locally for field sales
Target-driven and self-motivated personality
Basic understanding of software products / technology is a plus
Compensation
CTC: 3,00,000 per annum
