About the Role: Sales Development Representative

We are building a pool of qualified SDRs for our partner companies. The role below describes what these companies typically look for. If your background fits, getting shortlisted means your profile gets shared with multiple hiring teams actively recruiting for this position.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and research prospective customers through outbound channels including email, calls, and social platforms
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, and book meetings for account executives
  • Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects in the CRM
  • Run initial discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and pain points
  • Consistently meet activity and qualified-meeting targets
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach messaging and targeting

What We Look For

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, inside sales, or comparable outbound role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach and a structured, metrics-driven approach to work
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar)
  • A self-directed work style suited to a remote environment
  • Resilience and a willingness to handle rejection as part of the process
