As a Sales Development Representative, you will be chartered to grow our pipeline of new opportunities focusing on Americas (Work Timings: 6pm onwards Indian Standard Time or IST). Your role will focus on understanding client requirements, presenting Decklar's value proposition, and driving forward the business deals with the clients.

Role Responsibilities:

Understand the company offering & appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.

Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

Understand prospects needs and requirements.

Respond to prospects requests for more information on our offering.

Record daily sales activities in Hubspot to track interactions with prospects and customers and opportunity description to the stakeholder.

Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.

Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

Maintain and expand the database of prospects within your assigned territory (could be US, EU, India, SEA).

Attend periodic sales/product training where applicable.

What we're looking for:

Proven 2+ years sales development experience.

Willing to make dozens of outbound cold calls each day.

Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

High level of integrity and work ethic.

Track record of over-achieving quota.

Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day.

Experience working on a CRM.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Strong listening and presentation skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Bachelor of Engineering preferred.

Prior experience in supply chain management or transportation and logistics preferred.
