Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Development Representative located in Hyderabad. The Sales Development Representative will work on identifying and qualifying potential leads, managing initial outreach, and setting up meetings or calls with prospects. The role involves generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and staying updated on industry trends to identify potential sales opportunities.

  • Vertical 1: Sales development representative for IT Hardware/Software - Relevant experience in same field is an advantage.
  • Vertical 2: Sales development representative for Home Automation/Digital solutions- Relevant experience in home automation, residential solutions, security channel preferred. Understand and support integration of technologies such as Z-Wave, Zigbee, BLE, etc.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Business Development
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying business opportunities
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
  • Experience in using CRM tools and maintaining accurate data
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage
  • Positive attitude with a focus on achieving results
