Role Overview

The Business Development Associate (BDA) will be responsible for counseling students and parents, converting qualified leads into enrollments, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and active participation in both field and office-based sales activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct online and offline counseling sessions with students and parents.
  • Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs.
  • Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
  • Participate in field visits, walk-ins, campus interactions, seminars, and events.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and conversion data in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
  • Handle objections professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in EdTech sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work in the field and from the Hyderabad office.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
