Citrine Pixels is hiring Sales Development Representative (SDR)

On-site: – Near Ashima Mall, Bhopal

Full time

Compensation: ₹15,000-30,000+, High performers will be rewarded.

Citrine Pixels works with B2B SaaS and service companies across India, the UK, the USA, and Australia.

We help founders and revenue teams generate demand and close deals using explainer videos, product demos, and conversion-focused sales assets.

We work with decision-makers. Our outreach is structured, targeted, and performance-driven.

Role Overview

As an SDR, you will own the top of the funnel.

This is not a support role.

This is not theoretical marketing.

This is real outbound sales.

You will research accounts, initiate conversations, qualify prospects, and create revenue opportunities for the senior sales team.

You will be measured daily on execution and weekly on results.

Performance Expectations

  • 60–80 outbound touchpoints per day (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • 40–60 cold calls daily to founders, marketing heads, and sales leaders
  • 2–4 qualified meetings booked per week after ramp-up
  • Daily activity tracking and structured reporting
  • Consistent follow-ups until clear outcome

If you are not comfortable being measured on activity and outcomes, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn and relevant tools
  • Execute structured outbound sequences
  • Conduct confident cold calls with international prospects (US/UK/Australia)
  • Qualify prospects using structured frameworks (budget, authority, pain, urgency)
  • Write clear qualification summaries before handoff
  • Maintain accurate CRM and activity records
  • Coordinate closely with senior sales for smooth lead transition

Mandatory Requirements

  • Strong spoken and written English (international call quality)
  • Confident phone presence
  • Comfortable handling rejection and follow-ups
  • 1–4 years of SDR / BDR / Business Development experience
  • Comfortable with strict performance targets

Available for full-time, work-from-office role in Bhopal
